An elegant and large hexagonal lantern of Louis XV style from the end of the 19th century. Each fitted glass plate is inserted into a bronze frame with a speckled pattern. The panels are adorned with leafy scrolls at each corner, while in the lower center are additional leafy mounts. At the top of each panel are acanthus leaves flanked by “S” volutes. The lantern is maintained by supports with volutes with fleurons. In the center, four “C” scrolled arms each lead to a fluted saucer and a candlestick.
