Our Expertise
Our designs draw direct inspiration from bronze-casting traditions and the great names in early18th-century crystal chandeliers—Boulle, Thomire, Galle, and many others. A period of splendor for the French court—whose Hall of Mirrors at Versailles marked the beginning of its influence throughout Europe—the18th century indeed represents the golden age of artistic chandelier craftsmanship.
By adapting our designs to current tastes, we reinterpret classic styles by basing our designs on archival materials or drawing inspiration from photographs of vintage pieces. We also create contemporary designs, blending artisanal craftsmanship and a passion for fine materials with modern lines and design.
Committed to creating exceptional pieces, we focus primarily on custom work. Working closely with architects and interior designers, we tailor our creations to the spaces they are intended for, so that they best meet your expectations and enhance the space.
Our passion and technical expertise also lead us to restore antique light fixtures, with the goal of preserving and showcasing the beauty of these collectible pieces. Preserving this artistic heritage is one of the missions the founders of the chandelier workshop set for themselves, a mission carried on through respect for and celebration of exceptional craftsmanship.
* Our pieces can be seen all over the world, in France, in England, in Saudi Arabia, in the United States, in the United Arab Emirates, in Russia or in Hong-Kong, in private homes, in palaces, castles, etc.
Custom made creations
The design process relies solely on sketches drawn from a designer’s imagination. Each piece is inherently unique and requires close collaboration with the client to faithfully meet their specifications. Flexibility is key, as it often takes several revisions and stages to arrive at a product created from scratch. Planning the proportions, volumes, and composition of the light fixture, followed by the electrical work and finishing touches, are all important aspects that may evolve during the development of a design project.

Re-edition
Several factors go into the reproduction of lighting fixtures. It is possible to start with an existing physical model, archival drawings, or photos and measurements of an installed model.
In any case, a meticulous survey is necessary, and every detail counts. All measurements are recorded in a technical drawing, which will be revised and refined to capture the spirit of the original work.
The bronze work is then carried out at a foundry, where a mold is made for each element—whether an arm or a cup—using the “lost-wax” technique. This technique allows for the creation of complex pieces with a very precise finish.
A finish is then applied to the raw bronze to reproduce its authentic colors.

Renovation
Restoration is, above all, the story of an encounter with a magnificent, often one-of-a-kind object. But above all, it is an encounter in a place steeped in history, with passionate owners and/or curators. Restoring an object to its original appearance or restoring a chandelier to its former glory is a way of contributing to France’s cultural heritage.
First and foremost, you need to listen, observe, and gather information; then comes the cleaning process, which will allow you to assess the overall condition of the chandeliers.
Parts are often missing, or they are cracked or broken. In such cases, an identical part must be recreated according to best practices.
